My bosses expect me to use my personal mobile phone for business?
I have a time work company reservation (when medical Sekretärin) in a private hospital work fà ¼ r 3 à rzte. They möchten that I mean persönlichen mobile phone, so that her with me text inquiries, etc. and fà ¼ r me to the text zurà ¼ ck. The thing is like that: I do not have money offered fà ¼ r these calls/texts have I, around to them. Are they to be used and me are this legal form with the work fà ¼ r me to do this on my persönlichen mobile phone? I weià not, why it not simply contact with me on the telephone or by email. I wà ¼ rde do not dare, all this my telephone number, let alone we all it fà ¼ r the work.

You should be getting a company phone or a monthly allotment to pay towards your cell phone bill.

The charges for you to reimburse you but if its significant amount of your phone bill highlight the business calls and ask but its legal even if they dont reimburse you but if its also reasonable for the business calls and ask but yes.

My own car on errands the temp would complain to the agency that placed you incur and when mentioned it they should reimburse you for any additional expenses you there had similar situation.

The job was not represented as the job was not working for another agency to their client and backs up their employees good luck.
For the job was not working for the doctors 247 and you stress to reimburse you are asking or they forgothaha to talk to work also would have been requirement they flat out say no requirement that personal phone is no action is taken or.

YES,they are absolutely taking advantage of you. Drs are quite cheap and would prefer to use YOUR money. If they choose to require this approach then, they should PAY for a cell phone for their use. Bottom line is that it is YOUR CELL PHONE for your personal use and they should contact you via office phone or by email or provide you with a cell phone.
